Rin Tin Tin has his own star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame.

Still there for all the fans who remember and cherish the memories.

Rin Tin Tin appeared in 27 Hollywood films gaining attention worldwide.
His first starring role was in 1923, “Where the North Begins.”

The film did so well, it’s said to have saved Warner Bros from bankruptcy earning him the nickname, “The dog who saved Hollywood.”

Other animals are Strongheart and the unforgettable Lassie.

Strongheart was the very first dog to become a huge star of the screen with his movie released in 1921, “The Silent Call.”  Strongheart became a huge success starring in many other roles throughout the twenties.

Lassie was introduced to the world in a 1943 film “Lassie Come Home.” The story of a boy and his dog.  This movie opened the door to many other Lassie films, winning the hearts of millions for years.

These Hollywood stars show the beautiful bond between animals and people.
And most likely there will be more to come!
