Star studded city of Los Angeles sets example that there’s nothing more glamorous than a kind heart.
LA Times reports last week that the city council voted to ban the sales and manufacturing of fur products.
“This is something that is not just a good legislative win, it’s a moral win,” Councilman Bob Blumenfield said in a report from the LA Times. “We feel like we’re evolving as a city, as people, to stop this kind of unnecessary cruelty.”
A new ordinance preventing the sale and manufacturing of fur products will be presented to the city council for final approval in the near future.
